I loveddd this video!! 20 mins went so fast. I love having a mixture of floor and standing work and NO REPEATS!! I actually lowered the weight and added a resistance band for the floor work it was great thank u!!!

I always enjoy doing this workout. I’m not crazy over lunges but I love deadlift’s and glute bridges.

I absolutely loved this!!! I am usually hesitant to do weighted lower body videos because there are some movements I just hate, but I loved all of this! Somehow you made a lower body workout enjoyable🤣 loved the barre movements too. I'll be coming back to this one for sure!!

loved shifting between heavier weights and following with a more 'relaxing' phantom-weight feeling without weights! this class was super dynamic and felt QUICK! more like this please!!

I loved the combo of mat and weights. This workout went fast and was enjoyable. My body felt the burn and I feel more healthy. I have hyperthyroidism and can't do HIIT or much cardio so your strength and toning workouts are perfect for my health needs. I have been working out to your videos for about 2 months. I’m super proud of myself for pulling this off, really. Sometimes doing the largest muscle for me can get me a bit discouraged throughout exercise, but I did it. I did it feeling I can redo it all a second time too; super proud. Thank you, Mik for another bomb sesh. It broke a sweat out of me for sure! 😅❤

IK just did a combo of 20min low impact cardio for a warm up then 20min booty and legs workout. Te cardio is a great warm up for the next one. Got a sweat up Yahoo 💥

I have been working out at home with KZbin instructors for yeaaaars and this is one of my favourite lower body workouts. It targets all the rights muscles and gives it just the right amount of pump 🙃 if that makes sense.
