Man..this girl is back and badder than ever! I seriously mean it. And were badder too because of our girl Heather here. Heather, from the bottom of my heart I thank you for all the work you do❤ I have been an active person, a runner, my whole life, until this 2020 event happened and my life was ruined. I didn’t manage to do even simple Pilates, yoga, none of it, without overdoing it. No matter which plan or routine I tried I simply couldn’t get back to movement, exercise daily. Until I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition last year and, while I was broken at first, in one of the FB groups a member mentioned she is doing your low impact program and had no crash from it. I was eager to try it! Well, I not only did it but I managed to exercise with you since then, consistently for 3.5 months already. I can move again, I can feel my muscles, my body. I am eternally grateful to you! ❤

I’ve gained so much strength already it’s crazy. I decided I’m going to swap Thursday and Fridays classes so my legs have a chance to recover before snowboarding on the weekend haha.

Great workout Heather! I can't thank you enough for the excellent videos you provide for us. Last week I hiked five days in a row in the mountains of Arizona, and I thought of you with gratitude every day as I easily climbed up and down rocky terrain. It would have been a much different experience without your preparation. 🥰

So I was trying to decide between going for a run/cardio, and this leg workout...so glad I chose this workout today! Not only did my legs get burning, but my heart was pumping and I was sweating! Thanks, girl! Loving this 4.0 the best!

I thought its going to be easy or less challenging but it wasn't. However i feel good after but also feel so tired and needed to have more air and breathing. Thank you for these workouts it helped me to be more aware of my body and what parts of my body need more attention and exercise. ✅ Day 10 done - May 14, 2024

Mamma mia! I did this today and my legs and butt definitely felt the burn and it was a true killer. I have been a follower of yours for 3 years or more and and I have been doing only your workouts which are my sertonine dose I need to get throughout my days . Wow! I generally do not look forward to leg workouts, but this one won me over. Legs were shaking by the second circuit. Thought I wouldn’t make it through, but I did. Used my heaviest set of weights since I started working out with Heather! Unbelievable gift! Thank you so much Heather! 🤗 😅🔥
