I have such bad insomnia I can't even think about working out right now but if I did the KZbin the first thing I would do is modify by standing leaning forward on to a supportive structure like my windowsill or my kitchen counter and do the 1st exercise standing because not a fan of knees. Anyway you're so generous and kind and thanks and blessings just watching is inspirational!

I just signed up for a couple of classes I'm so glad there's an express at 30 minute class cause that's more the way I'm feeling I'm so drained thanks and gratitude and the other class I signed up his first stretch and I'll be modifying!!!!!! Thank you!! This was exactly what I needed. 😀👍🏼I can’t find much time to spare on exercise ( working full time, small kids and a dog that needs my attention) but 15 -30 minutes a day I will try to invest in myself. Tomorrow I will do core/abs 😁

Love this workout, just found your channel and you are a fantastic teacher, you explain everything so clearly i don’t have to keep looking at the screen I can just concentrate on my breathing - which was critical during this...it was tough. But love it. I will be doing this on repeat.
