You know when the wind catches blades of grass and they wiggle like crazy? That was my legs shaking, trying to do the "tiny pulses." UGH. Such a good workout.

Felt the burn! We are still in lockdown in Washington State, USA maybe because we have elected officials calling people sheep for wearing a mask in public! The gym is still not an option for the reasons Melissa mentions. Thanks so much for these videos to help stay sane and healthy.

Thank you for all your workouts! You are such an encouragement with your instructions. I've subscribed and hope to do at least 4 workouts a week in the mornings with short yoga sessions in the evenings. I used to run regularly and do weights. I cannot run any more, but hope to add some weights in again soon. Thank you!

That was intense!! Switching on lots of small supporting muscles though, which I could feel straight after even when I walk. Helps ease symptoms of my scoliosis. COVID19 restrictions have eased here in NSW but as I’m now out of work I truly value these home workouts, thank you so much for sharing your expertise Chloe.

After doing just this workout 1-2 x week (along with others) for the last 5 months I feel so much stronger, however I’ve still never made it through a workout without pausing the screen, esp on that second side!

That is so amazing to hear!! You should be so proud of your progress and commitment. Pausing the screen is all part of the process! I can pause the recording, have a sip of coffee and continue and you never know! Hahaha

Hi Chloe, I find that I only feel most pain in my outer glutes and not straight down the middle or even in the inner legs/glutes. Is that how it's meant to feel? Thank you :)

Hi Samantha! 😊Most of this workout focuses on the "outer glutes" so it's great that you are feeling it there. The part on the elbows, is also focused on the back of the glutes and the hamstrings. Sometimes, it takes time to get those muscles to activate so keep trying and really focus on feeling it in the back of the hip and thigh. Let me know how you go! If it doesn't work, you can also do this with ankle weight - that should help with the activation too! X
