Today's exercise is going to ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣start the week off with a nice Daily Stretch Routine . 💪💪💪⠀

➡️ This routine is good to help increase your overall mobility, and help ease some of those aches you may be having overall.

It’s gotten pretty hot outside which is perfect for you to get an extremely affective workout that’ll get the blood pumping for the day! ☀️☀️☀️⠀

🥰 This workout is good to help you become more mobile, and flexible.

I Love these and saved to my favourites, will be starting my morning workout here Our lives are so packed with activities that we forget to buy out the time to do a workout in a better for body health order My right side is aways tighter than my left Moving With Intention MuchLove MwAh ❣️🇿🇦

Thank you! I own one of your programs but have a new phone and am lazy to find all the links and log on info so am enjoying these free videos while away on vacation! I skipped the pigeon pose as I had hip replacement surgery in January but enjoyed all the rest!

Love this. One question, do I have to go keto if I subscribe to your plan? Tried it once and I did not do well on it. I felt awful and actually gained weight!

I have bought your program, and I would love it so much if you could make some more exercises for people with cronic illnesses. I have muscular arthritis and fibromyalgia, and I struggle to come back as there are not many form of exercise for someone like me. Love from Denmark, Scandinavia ❤️

This looks like something I can actually do 😃... I'm starting a (personal) 30 day challenge, which includes stretching and walking 1st thing in AM. *I have a question, however. I am healing from a broken shoulder (occurred 5wks ago). I currently weigh approx 250lbs. As such, I am not yet able to bare too much weight on my R arm/shoulder. So, the push-up position isn't wise just yet. *****HOW can I adapt that particular part and still do the hip stretch?

I hear crinkling in my shoulders with over shoulder arm touches. Should I modify or does it just mean it needs these exercises to loosen up?

No worries there ! You can always modify the exercises but slowing down on the movement, lowering the weight or just swapping out the exercise that’s easier on the body ! As long as you’re moving, you’re making progress !

Ok, not being lazy but gotta ask. Are any of your videos where you do all the standing exercises and then all the ground or floor exercises? It's not that I can't or don't want to do them all but rather would be great for those of us who. Have backs or injuries that we have to move slower to switch positions would make it monumentally easier for us to not have to keep pausing or rewinding videos. Or are the videos set up this way because it's important to do them in that exact order? Thanks in Advance.
