What is going on #sveltecrew!
We are bringing another amazing workout to you that is focusing on those love handles! In this we are targeting your abs and obliques to help burn fat in those areas!
All of these exercises are done standing so whether you are new to exercising or a professional, they can be done easily! This workout is great to do at home quickly at any time of day to make sure that you can gain ab muscle and lose fat in those love handle areas!

Love these short but effective workouts. ❤ Have been watching your videos, building a library of WORKOUT videos so I have ones to go to quickly and can get a 10 or 20 min workout any time I can even without equipment!! I am 55 and I skip the knee stuff as I have issues with both knees. I do squat but not as low like you!! 😅 Thank you so much for the great help!!

are standing ab workouts just as effective as not standing ab workouts like on a mat? I've tried to do abb workouts on a mat but it's so hard for me and I have never been able to improve

You should do what you can without hurting yourself. Doing abs on a mat can be more effective but doing standing abs is still effective if done right :)
