Here's a full body routine for beginners (not runners, but strength trainers) to get you on track!

D' Inde. Wunderbar. I will slowly do all these exercises, and incorporate into a routine focusing on each joint hip, knee and Ankle. Glad I found you. What's your impression on Barefoot Shoes. Merci millefois et Amities/ Cheers😊

Merci for the comment! I don't mind barefoot style shoes, I do have videos about it and I do have some barefoot as well. What matters more is being careful when transitioning and understanding that not all feet and running styles are adapted to barefoot running. Many elite runners do not run in barefoot shoes, I am not sure they get hurt more. But I do see quite some people switching to barefoot too fast, who come in through my door.
