All squat racks should have this option. When is it coming out and how much?
@TheKneesovertoesguy11 сағат бұрын
Agreed and thank you! Will be shipping to customers in about 6 weeks. Not sure on price but should be right around standard squat rack cost.

Would monkey bars accomplish same thing or is it the static?
@TheKneesovertoesguy15 сағат бұрын
Monkey bars are awesome! Parks rock! I am dad king of my local park. No one takes their kids more than I do. BUT by age 6 this tends to drop out. From age 6-14 it is soooooooo simple to develop the body’s basics!

Any tips to not feel ankle discomfort during ATG exercises? whenever i do my calf raise variations i feel a stretch on the tendon on the outside of my calf and after the workout i feel slight discomfort on the soft inside parts of my ankle. i never feel my calves rlly. its nothing serious but i assume its not good if i feel discomfort in those places instead of feeling calf activation.

Ben, what are some resources you'd recommend to an autodidact fitness enthusiast in order to learn more profoundly not only about strength and conditioning, for sport or for life, but also physiology as well? In advance, thank you for everything that you do.

why does not kneesovertoesguy take any supplements?
@TheKneesovertoesguy15 сағат бұрын
Very simple: my role is what can be done from ATG exercise. So if I was taking supplements, I wouldn’t know exactly what I’m getting from the exercises.
@peseri11 сағат бұрын
@@TheKneesovertoesguy so what you mean is that supplments inhibits the internal development of the ATG exersices?

How do you make sure your foot doesn't become flat when you are doing ATG split squat?
@TheKneesovertoesguy15 сағат бұрын
I’m sorry I don’t fully understand this question. However, Mobility Series 1 shows the ATG split squat in great detail!
@ARchamp1114 сағат бұрын
@@TheKneesovertoesguy I mean is it ok for my foot to become flat when I am doing the split squat, or do I need to keep it arched?

Can i workout everyday at 15yo?and play bball everyday?
@TheKneesovertoesguy12 сағат бұрын
You can, but I suggest focusing on quality and making sure you’re pain-free and making progress. Overuse injuries are common and can slow down true progress.

Over 50% of the children's diet is ultra-processed? I am really curious where you got those numbers from since it "ultra-processed" doesn't have a single definition. I would love to read into it.
