good morning Brian, we just had our faulty heating element replaced . now we are trying to get it back to heat up.. code appeared Ecn (economic) and than ICE appears as well... what does ICE stand for?

@@BettinaJanssen-v2l Good afternoon, I would put the hot tub in standard so it will heat correctly for colder weather. Economy is really designed for warmer weather. ICE will show on the display until you’re 20 degrees from your set temperature then the error will go away. Hope this helps!

@@BobOlson-q4e The SNS error code means “Sensors out of Sync" this indicates that the sensors in a hot tub are not reading the same temperature. You’ll need to replace your sensors most likely but it could also be a board problem if the board isn’t recognizing the sensors. However, most likely you’ll need to replace the sensors. @@stunz33d Good afternoon, flow switch or pressure switch failure. You won’t have both so either or. I would make sure your filter is clean first and give the hot tub a good reset by turning the breaker off for 30 seconds and then back on. Hope this helps!

What does a po3 code mean I have a St. Andrew hot tub about 16 years old. And it doesn’t heat past 90 degrees so the pump is always running.

@@genetroy1 On a California Cooperage hot tub, an "F3" error code normally indicates that the filtration cycle is set to run for a specific duration, usually meaning the pump will run for 3 hours within a set time period as part of the filtration process. This isn’t really an error code. If everything working properly? Most of the “F” features are just different filtration cycle settings. Hope this helps!

have you got info on Spanet mini 2 heater problem trip, Spa world told us to elimantation process, due to our Fisher 5D spa tripping power on start up/ prime. we did that and are now having to pay for a new heater. even know its under warrenty!! they recommended a pump specilist in which we had come out, and he said it wasnt due to chemical inbalance, but they are saying it is… can we by pass the heater when we do a water clean/ balance?

Good afternoon, you could bypass the heater on a drain and refill but then you wouldn't have any heat. The problem with these enclosed heaters is that you can't just replace the element. I am not a fan of this kind of heater or any component that can't be worked on because it's a replace only scenario. pH levels being off can corrode the heater and cause it to go bad. However, when they remove it you can look at the element and see if there's chemical damage or not. If you see white corrosion and it falling apart you'll know. Hope this helps!

Temperature shows 99 and unable to adjust it any higher. the arrow is set to go lower but not higher. how can temperature be adjusted to 104?

Good afternoon, sounds to me like your topside LCD display is going out and will need to be replaced. If you can adjust it down and not up then that would be my thoughts. Now, if you can't adjust it either way, the hot tub could be in temperature lock which holds the display temperature in place. Hope this helps!
