Hello Attorney I am a Member of A Cooperative for 23 years Now that the cooperative bought a commercial building i am renting 1 of the stall But there are some issues between me and the manager We dont have any written contract Instead wehave silent or verbal contract But the problem is he wants me to be evicted from the cooperative property which is i am a co- owner/member by rising the rent First year of rent 8,000 And after 1 year they increased it to 10,000 last march 2023 Now i asked additional space because its very small Now May 2023 the manager demanded me to pay the rent from 10,000 to 13,000 What are my rights as tenant and a co- owner of the said assets Thank You
