We are doing a different kind of unboxing/review video. We are going to make brownies with our new Stand Mixer from Aucma. The Aucma 6.5-QT 660W 6-Speed Tilt-Head Food Mixer, Kitchen Electric Mixer with Dough Hook, Wire Whip &Beater. Long title, but great price. With the help of my daughter, we are going to be using the Aucma stand mixer to get us through the process and actually put this stand mixer to work.

Just a quick bit of help. Once you have your liquids mixed up, switch to the paddle, or you might bog down the mixer. Also using the whisk on thick batters, might damage the whisk. Fun watching you two putting this together...

I really liked this review In the video, u mentioned that u HV a Cuisinart Stand Mixer As a teen baker, I rly wanna buy a stand mixer but I want my investment to be worth while It wud mean the world to me if u did like a FACE OFF: Aucma VS Cuisinart That wud clarify if a cheaper mixer can live up to a more expensive one Plz upload a review and compare the 2 machines to see which one is better at whipping, creaming, kneading etc (all functions of a basic mixer) Thank U! @@gregtoope hmm OK No Problem! Since u don't have the Aucma, can u try giving the Cuisinart a test. Plz try uploading a video in which u knead dough, cream cake batter and whip egg whites to test the mixer out That wud be great Thank U!
