But Abby doesn’t really understand that if you refer to someone as a sibling of someone else all their life, that’s all they’re going to feel like. If you want her to be her own person, don’t address her as someone’s little sister. Address her as her own person. Mackenzie is Mackenzie Ziegler, not Maddie Ziegler’s little sister.

But as you can see Maddie but her hands up after her front Ariel, therefore you can assume you have to put your hands up after a front Ariel aswell. If you look in Dance moms, one episode she says that you ALWAYS land an Ariel with your arms up. It can be interpreted in different ways.

Personally, I loved the first season's improv battle a lot more than this one since the dancers had more originality in their moves and between each person that set them apart from the rest. Like Jordan's hip hop was amazing and of course, we can't forget Asia being a diva with her powerful splits as well as Madison with her beautiful turns and how graceful she was dancing. No hate!! Everyone is regardless a great dancer just would have been nice to see more than just tricks and legs raising as Abby said.
