Can you open the sunroof using the key fob? If possible how do you set it up?

It is possible if the vehicle is coded for it. Can be done with OBDeleven or VCDS.

Do you know anything about how to fix a sunroof that will not close?

First of all check if it's not mechanically blocked by something or if mechanism is not broken.

Hello Dean I have s3 8v 2016 and my sunroof is doing the same thing won't close An simple way to fix it is disconnect the battery for 15min than reconnect than you wait 15 minutes again than start the your vehicle than your sunroof should close than watch this video to to reset the sunroof I hope this helps best of luck

@@gorkemakkus5422i have the same year and model, it just got stuck this morning getting to work , tried pulling the fuses and changing them , checking the motor , and nothing so i’ll try this out when i get home!
