Audi DSG gearbox fix

Audi DSG gearbox shifting problem. Upshift or downshift issues are common on Audi dual-clutch gearboxes. DSG servicing is very important for smooth operation and in general, this has to be done every 40,000 miles. There is also a known problem where the clutch solenoids, pressure regulators solenoids and wiring loom from the mechatronic unit are causing rough transmission shifting.

I have S tronic Audi MK2 having same problem can’t find mechatronics part for the car is it called something else for the 6 speed ? Plz help 🙏

Can anybody answer me some stronic concerned questions please? 1) Can I change D to S and back to D during driving without any other steps? 2) What if I'm in situation, where I'm accelerating a little and "need" a downshift? Can I use paddle to shift down while pushing the gas pedal without causing any harm to the transmission? 3) In manual mode I'm pulling up the car on a light stop. Can I stop the car on 2nd gear and then downshift to 1st gear when the car is stationary? Or should I shift to 1st gear sooner due to RPM? 4) Is it normal to hear the shift from 2nd to 3rd gear with no load? Can't hear any other gear change other than 2 to 3 and even that is with almost no load. Under the load everything is silent and all I can hear is the exhaust. Only 70k km on the gearbox so far. If the described situation isn't completely normal, what is to blame? Mechatronic part? 5) Should the transmission be completely smooth in a car from 2010? Sometimes when the car goes without pushing the gas pedal I can notice a little lagging on the 2nd gear. I can imagine this is a nature of the older automatics transmissions, just wanna know :-) Thanks, P.

1 yes I do all the time 2 yes 3 stop in any gear, it will go into first when you start to move again. 4 not understanding the question 5 they do get a little sluggish with age.
