When it comes to Audi maintenance, there can be a lot of questions. Audi's schedule on many of its late-model vehicles alternates from minor to standard every 10K miles or yearly depending on which comes first, and for vehicles in extreme service conditions, the recommendations can be even sooner. Give us a shot sometime I think you'll be surprised! Many of our customers refuse to go back to dealerships after having their vehicles serviced here.

@@FluidMotorUnion Question. Made an appointment for my 2012 Audi A6 Prestige. Dropped off car for scheduled service , water pump replacement , oil change , Evap Cannister replacement. They claim to have just got the parts but have done NO work and have had the car for almost 3 weeks. My Audi Pure protection ( Platinum ) warranty pays for everything minus a 200 dollar deductible so why are they taking so long not to mention constant lies and employee’s quitting left and right. This dealership is located in Spokane , WA State just for reference and the last time they had my car ( with no appointment ) it took 62 days to replace the EGR valve.
