Whats the difference with this and a gearbox service in accordance to the manufacturers specification?

Heute wurde bei meinem audi q5 das Getriebeöl gewechselt ,aber dieser Deckel wurde nicht geöffnet,nur das öl abgelassen.Und es wurde folgendes Öl benutzt Valvoline Max Life CVT.Ist hier alles richtig gemacht worden.Würde mich freuen wenn sie mir kurz eine Rückmeldung geben.

you just change the oil and put new filter? thats all?

No. we also perform an automatic gearbox and washing is very important to do this
