If the cop felt like the driver was breaking in and stealing stuff he should have came over and checked it out. I'd want the officer check it out. Not wait to lay about something to harass a black dude for having been arrested in the past. Honestly if I have a cop eyeing me when I do the freedom shit and it seems like they are actively waiting for me to do something. I am calling 911 and reporting a possible fake officer at that officer's location as well as recording that officer's reaction as I called. Something minor that would try and get other officers to come question that officer with out accusing an easily provable crime in an civ's stand point.

When you're a cop, you only see things that make people guilty. And tell them or ask them questions that get them to admit some type of guilt. Why? Because you have someone up your arse who wants numbers. And that often deteriorates morals. Or because you're truly an a**hole on a power trip. And YT makes me sensor my swearing now.

The piggy would’ve threaten the rest, if the man remain silent and invoked his rights. He probably would’ve called in other piggies to intimidate the driver. And one of those other dirty piggies would’ve ordered the guy out of the car and place them in handcuffs and then there would’ve been a Piggy huddle where they decided what trumped up charge they could put on him. they probably would’ve lied about him resisting. I think it’s naïve to think that lawful activity alone will end this epidemic of fascism. The only reason the civil rights act was passed is because of violence against ruling class. The only thing that will motivate the ruling class and the Philthy Rich is fear. Morals are not going to motivate them and they know that they’re above the law. When it comes to the ruling class and other white-collar criminals, the country is pretty much lawless. Anyway, this is my opinion. I hope it doesn’t come to violence, but if it does, perhaps that is what is needed. Thomas Jefferson said that the tree of liberty have to be nourished with the blood of tyrants in the blood of patriots. In my opinion, after much thought, Thomas Jefferson was correct.

2:47: “Have you ever been convicted of a felony before?” That was the cop’s initial question to which the driver answered no. It was the cop who confused the issue when he asked “Why do you have a BCI number, then?” Seems to me the officer is confused about how one gets a BCI number, and it has nothing to do with serving prison time. The fact that no citation was issued proved to me the turn signal issue was a b.s. excuse to investigate this man further and was very likely due to DWB and the officer’s bias.

In My own experience. the only reason to ask or interrogate anyone for a hit on the DCI, or w.e. is if the driver was on probation, in which case the only question too ask is does your PO know your in this state and what's there number, when I was on probation my job wanted me to leave my province for 6-8 weeks(I was a trainer for a restaurant chain) my PO just had me call instead of physically show up, and if it becomes permanent I'll have to see a judge in ontario first, got pulled over for a rolling stop I was guilty, let off with a warning only because when I gave him my license and registration (company car) I gave him my PO card along side it, if they need to question them on there past for w.e. reason it should only be are you on probation if neccessary

It's convenient how the cop says "I wasn't paying attention to you" when this dude brings up the fact that he saw the cop watching him as he was helping a friend move. But then he'll always on to talk about "Well why did you do this?", and "Why did you do that?" For someone who "wasn't paying attention", this cop saw an awful LOT of what this man was doing. In fact the only thing he "didn't" see id that which supports this being an unjustified stop. I'm typically not the type to race-bait, but it seems that the ONLY thing that motivated this stop was the color of the driver's skin.
@ThePeachtree69
@ThePeachtree69 4 жыл бұрын
Don’t assume race was the motivating factor. Crime statistics, location, pulling into a parking space backwards, moving around from place to place. The cop used all this to target a person for a stop, most likely. The misunderstanding of being arrested or not escalated the situation because now the cop thinks he’s being lied to by someone that may not have fully understood his processing in the system. Every citizen needs to be trained in how to deal with situations like this. If you can’t avoid then minimize.

Cop will run a red light just to catch up to me, being that i am the only car driving through town. He invents a reason to stop me and I go through this crap of 'fishing'. I then go on my way upset about being pulled over and interrogated for just driving. Go around a car thats parked on side of road, get pulled over for 'going too far over'. Swerve around a pot hole, 'swerving'. Going speed limit through town, 'travelling too slow, suspicion for drinking'. Go faster than speed limit, 'speeding'. I think you get the point reading this.
