I was like 15 when this song came out. I remember I was going through a hard transition during that time in my life, and this song literally saved my life from suicide. A few things I was going through was Peer pressure, depression, anxiety, finding my identity in Christ on my own, bullying in school, rejection from girls at the time, etc. I still struggle with depression and anxiety to this day, but I’ve learned healthier ways to combat it as I continue to get older. I find this very interesting considering my wife today is a licensed clinical counselor.

THIS song has helped me grow through SO much. Weeks after my dad passed I saw them on their 10th anniversary show, meet and greet. One of the best experiences of my life. Hands. Down.

That's good. Battled through depression myself, and I really wish I'd discovered this band while I was going through that. But nonetheless, I'm glad I discovered this band here recently. They're amazing.
