I’ve had AUM for a year, and just now realised how powerful it really is... ah huh moments! Thank you for this video.

It is a truly powerful app! And it gets better with each new AU that’s released.

This is exactly what I needed to see. Getting ready to take my iPad and midi controller on a weekend retreat and this is the sound I need. Blessings.

Dude, you have a great speaking voice for videos like this and you really know your stuff. You should do more! And I should put you on my list of recommended channels. Doing it now!

I realize this video is 4 years old, but I couldn't find that MIDI processor app on the App Store. Is there another one that you know of with the same functionality, or is there a specific name I need to search for to get the one you use in this video? Any help would be appreaciated.

Ravenscroft is the best. Another one for piano that I like is Korg module pro because it adds gadgets to Korg gadget 2 , which is cool for you because it has so many synths and the gadget 2 has a gadget that sends midi out. I use gadget as a sequencer for apps in AUM, which is great because I get to use the synths in gadget and Amy other one on the iPad. My fave synth is Yonac Magellan 2 which is an auv3. Thanks for making iOS music making videos.

I keep hearing great things about Gadget. If I can get things at work to calm down I’ll check it out. I love Magellan 2! I used it a lot when I was doing the Fugue Machine project

You don’t include the midi keyzone and that group of midi apps in this list, what’s up with that? It’s not in the Apple Store as stand alone. What are they called? What is the company, what is the pack called?
@MobileMusicMaker10 ай бұрын
Sorry about that! I just added it to the description. It's called MIDI Tools and it's $5 in the app store: apps.apple.com/us/app/midi-tools/id1446209019

Hi, could you share your settings on the Model 15? Thanks!
@MobileMusicMaker4 жыл бұрын
I just saw this. I'll see if I can find the settings I was using for this. I'm pretty sure it was a preset, but I'll double check.

The low one is Pollyanna from the Sinfonietta Sinstesi pack and the higher one can be found here: drive.google.com/file/d/1myEltOqlexLmZE_hdM2Hpw-yeJQH_RdG/view?usp=drivesdk

Is there a way to establish a preset in AUM so that you can switch keyboard voicing with one touch? So for church music we can have a quick switch to another group of layered sounds setup for another song? Perhaps through the bus sends?
@MobileMusicMaker4 жыл бұрын
Great question. I’ll explore. I know there are ways to control presets via CC signals, and I think you can load new projects that way too, but that might not be as quick.
