I recognize this life lesson. I have seen it so many times in my life. It goes something like this….”time to slow down, rest, relax and recover.” I started saying each morning when I wake up, “God, I need Your help.” I place my whole day in God’s hands and let it go. When I was homeless, I had not a word, thought or prayer left in me. The only thing that came out of me one night was, “I surrender.” These are the simple, on going conversations God wants to hear from us, our humility that touches His heart deeply. Be well dearest friends. 😌

Excellent editing on this video! Showing the kick (so sorry about your broken nose) and then doing the flash back to the beginning of the day, watching all of the events of the morning go awry, and building up to the kick, was storytelling at its finest! Rebecca!! -->Before they start putting up interior walls.....go thru with a tape measure and tape out (on the floor) where you planned for all your walls to be. Be VERY accurate in your measurements and leave the correct amount of space that walls will take up (remember there will be the wood, and sheet rock). With the shape of your house, if you get "off" on your measuring at on end....it will cause you to be a lot off at the other end. Since you are feeling unsure about your plans, please do this before they start building walls. We had this happen to us because of bad measuring by our architect during a build. We didn't find out until the "other end" and it was too late to fix most of it....we just had to adjust and room sizes ended up different than we planned.

It's fly season, she's in the sun🌞 and cows swat at flies with their hooves. Make essential oil fly repellent and wipe her down before milking. My grandma always put a pair of chains on the cow's hind legs. She called them cow kickers. They prevent the cow from accidentally kicking you in the face. Still available and they are humane.

Hobbles nice pair sheep lined leather ones might work. Mostly used for horses who kick while in trailer transport. Ive seen hobbles sometime used to stop kicking during trailer transport. A buddy sour horse will begin kicking in trailer when leaving an animal friend. Which can be dangerous by swaying trailer also could injure themselves or cause an accident. Safe gentle method is to use Soft Fluffy sheep skin lined hobbles during transport. Might work for milking. I suggest use fly spray or a rag full of coconut oil on her as it was flys for sure annoying her not any of you. God Bless❤

Man, you guys have had some rough times recently, so sorry. I hope you are all healing well. The house is looking amazing! I broke my nose in a bad bike wreck at 14, and my old country doctor looked at it, grabbed something off his utensil table and literally yanked my nose back into place! It felt like an explosion, hurt like crazy but healed well. A few years later my sister broke her nose and Mom took her to a specialist for surgery, and she had way more problems than I had with the 'old fashioned' method . Hopefully you have a better experience. Take care!
