Auri, this flat was a drug den, used for cooking drugs.❗️❗️❗️ The stove is showing signs of cooking crack, bathroom is black with soot after their stuff caught on fire, and toilet is cracked because they tried to dispose of the boiling burning liquids into it!!! If it was meth, or even worse fentanyl, it should be done only by fully trained personel, fully hazmat-ed, with special chemicals to neutralise the leftover drugs!!! It is highly, highly dangerous!!! Please, please, please, get someone to screen your houses for drugs, before cleaning. All those people were junkies, and you were in serious danger there. Omg, I am so glad nothing happened this time. Please, I cannot implore enough, do not go to these locations alone before they are checked by someone... 🙏😥 i know your intentions are good, but this should have been a phonecall to the local police, the moment you set foot into the place. Your cleaning has removed evidence the police could have used in investigation...

Dear Auri, I picked up someone else's trash accidentally at a gs station a week ago, and it had opiates in it. I ended up affected by it, in the ER, not sure if I could keep breastfeeding my baby. Police and other well meaning people have died from just 3 grains of sand's worth of fentanyl or carfentanyl. Thankfully I'm OK! On the other hand, when my husband's cousin died of overdose, we went to his other cousin's homeless dwelling to try to help her get off heroin. IT WORKED and she's been living her new clean life now for about 6 years. I don't know if your cleaning will help anyone get off drugs, but please be careful, I don't want you to get poisoned like I did! *hugs*

1. If you are going to clean any homes that were suspected drug abuse, you need PPE. Depending on the drug it can enter your body through breathing. It will cause a lot of health issues. 2. If you are in one of those homes and the police show up, everyone gets arrested. They don't care that you are there to clean. You will be told tell it to the judge. Who knows what will happen to you. Please with cleaning in the US you need to probe deeper. If they are being vague and withholding necessary information avoid them at all costs. Please keep you and your mom safe, no cleaning is worth your life.

Nobody in FL has a legitimate need for one, and i seriously doubt this guy is going on trips to Aspen. It's better to be rude and alive than polite and dead! Also, in the future ask people to spray foggers the day before to get rid of the pests. The next day, all you have to do is discard them. So basically you cleaned a cockroach infested trap house for free even though upon arriving, you clearly saw that the “brother” was high. While I realize you want to clean houses, potentially exposing yourself to the chemicals left behind after a house fire and from drug users by not consistently wearing a mask, a hazmat suit, goggles and gloves is truly unacceptable, not to mention the potential for violence. There are reasons why those standards are covered by professional cleaners, yet there you are repeatedly with posing for the camera like is all some kind of joke. This is truly disappointing. You are smarter than this. I am disgusted with your poor decision making.

For Houston and Austin you need a local contact who can screen these cleanings on your behalf to prevent a situation like this again. As a Miamian, my concern would not have been the people. The substances they were using requires hazmat-level protection to clean safely, and the sister knew and didn't want to pay for that. The people can be dangerous, but the substances they were using and the residue it leaves behind is deathly dangerous, and because you don't have experience with it. these circumstances leave you extremely vulnerable. Please get an agent for Texas.

@@christinegill3425 Probably because what the sister wanted was not to help the brother but a clean house. In other videos, where family members seek help, they make sure their loved ones go to therapy, rehab, etc. Here there was none of that. It was more convenient to let the cleaning youtuber do the good deed of the day. The sister wanted the house clean, for free, without making any effort or taking any risks, and then get everyone out because selling the house would be easy that way. It is very disrespectful that she did not report the details. The sister first made sure Auri traveled and then told her there was no water. Also, you can't send someone to a house you don't live in without arranging it with the person(s) who actually live there first and leaving a phone number. Very terrible all around and the video was not even entirely satisfactory, not worth it even from that point. pd: sorry for the spelling mistakes, English is not my first language.

Oh Auri! If you ever see a situation like that again, please leave immediately. The drugs (and the needles, fumes, etc) are dangerous, the people could be dangerous (some drugs can cause violent outbursts and some drug-addicted people could also have unmedicated mental health issues), and the people that sell the drugs are dangerous. Please don't risk your health or your life! Only people with appropriate hazardous waste protective equipment should be cleaning a places like that. Even if the people aren't a threat to you at the time, you could come in contact with deadly fentanyl, dirty needles, dangerous diseases, and deadly fumes (what if they are smoking/making meth there??). You are a gentle, kind, cheerful soul; please please please take care of yourself!!

Fentanyl is not deadly, that rumor was spread by the police (and fearmongering media) to avoid people wanting to help people that overdose. Fentanyl is only deadly if you overdose, not if you touch it. You'd have to sniff the dust off the nightstand in order to get some in your nose.

Auri, that was clearly a drug house and you were not safe, despite what you might think. Addicts are unpredictable and can be violent. You also put yourself at risk of disease from touching contaminated materials, like syringes. This particular cleaning job was not worth it. Please do not do another drug house like this. It’s not worth risking your safety.

This was a shocking situation, for sure 😲 A bunch of drug using persons squatting in a home with no running water 😳??? I've got to hand it to you, Auri and your Mom, because there's not even the remotest possibility that I'd have ever entered that home, let alone cleaned it. Not with drug using people inside with me and actually "using" while I was there 😮 No way, no how.

Oh no, Aurikatariina. You should not have been asked to do this cleaning job. People should not be there when you clean and certainly should not be doing drugs in your presence. You must have handled dangerous items and substances and you could have gotten hurt or sick. I'm so sorry that you got involved with these people. This is not helping a person with mental illness. This was a free cleaning for everyone, taking advantage of your kindness. Your safety matters to us. This makes me angry and sad. Shame on the sister and the people there. They do not deserve your generosity.

Being judgmental in situations like these keep you safe. It’s amazing she walked out without being hurt. She could have contracted a disease by getting poked with a sharp. She could have been hurt, assaulted, or robbed but people out of their minds of drugs. Cleaning drug dens should always be a no.

I am a mental health and addictions clinician, and I wanted to say how amazing you are to take on a task like this. The empathy you shown for the residents is absolutely amazing, as I’ve done similar work for persistent mental health clients. But like everyone else, please listen to your gut when you felt unsafe. You were absolutely lucky this time, as it seemed like they didn’t think you were a threat, but it is so unpredictable, especially midday they started using again, and you had no idea how that would’ve hit. But again, thank you for showing so much compassion.

I dont think most people have an issue with her showing compassion and empathy for users. Its that the literal house is a health hazard! That soot she was scrubbing off the wall is literally toxic and she could have gotten an accidental needle stick. That microwave 100% was NOT caked on food, something else was cooked in there. At least if she could have known that drugs were being done in the house she could have had more PPE before going in instead of her normal cute tank top and dust mask. She needed a full respirator and full body protection to work safely in there.

This is the first time I've been absolutely disgusted by someone who reached out to you. This sister knew exactly what she was doing. She used you, she lied to you and she put you in harm's way for her own personal gain. I wish you had left the moment you felt uneasy. This was clearly a drug den. I'm so sorry for you, Auri.

I didn't quite enjoy this video as much... As other people mentioned I was uncomfortable for Auri and her mom being around a bunch of drug users. I was pleasantly surprised though that they turned out helpful and grateful. Besides, no running water, no matter how good work Auri did, it felt like the dirt would stay there. Please Auri, honor your safety before finding dirty places to clean for your channel.

Oh Auri, I am so so sorry you were put in this situation. Drug users can get violent when in abstinence and drug providers are violent. I think many here were shocked and sad by the risk you took. The fire probably had connection with the drug cooking. I hope those poor souls were helped by social and health workers after that and that the police desmanteled the drug using spot… this broke my heart. I hope you don’t ever have to experience such risk again…
