I have been waiting for someone to mention that 🤣🤣🤣 That was the Rola Titan platform rack setting in. I had only just installed the rack and hadn't given it any loads at that point. Same rack and awning now installed on a 100 series cruiser and still going strong 👍

No problem, we’ve recently moved it off the Prado and on to a 100 series cruiser so we’ll be doing another video soon to show how we make it work with the top hinged rear window and the heavy duty T brackets.

What is the lenght of the awning 2m? or 2,5m? Thank you for response.

All good mate, I don’t need you to believe me, but if you’d like to see for yourself, then rock up to any camping or 4WD show and have a look. There’s been 3 set up at the Adelaide 4WD show this weekend and no one has thought once about putting a pole or guy rope on any of them. Of course you would take precautions with poles and ropes if the wind got gusty or over 25-30kph. If you’re in Adelaide, go to the 4WD show tomorrow, Visit the Off Grid 4X4 stand and see for yourself. 👍

Why everyone doing presentations on nice not windy weather? It is wrong, presentation should be on so windy or bad weather.

Feel free to do your own video in bad weather if you want. Personally, I don’t go to the beach and put my awning out in bad weather, I use it for shade on a sunny day, if the weather is bad then I stay in the camper where it’s warm and dry.
