About the 2 hour 15 minute mark the Basilisk charged the 2 Cyclops Demolition Vehicles. Both demo vehicles are meant to explode when you get close to them. Not sure if it still means the Lord Solar would still be dead or not, and it may have made a difference with a seconday on the last turn. I don’t think winner wouldn’t have changed, but the score might have been even closer.

At about the 40 min mark Auspex Tactics says he’s “inherently lazy”, yet he puts out a video every day and has only missed like 2 in the last 3 years or something crazy like that. I know he probably had days off at some point but that means he had to make multiple videos in a single day to cover that time off. Lazy my arse.

The tech priest i think is more of a longevity push for you tanks. Giving just a few extra wounds each round can save them in the long run. Unless you have tons of 3+ save vehicles then the tech priest will not be as useful (cover makes 2+ save vehicles save on 4+ vs most anti tank). If there was a ton of -4 and -5 ap then i could see the benefit of a techpriest more often.

I just started 40k and after a ton of researching im building a guard army. Just put together and started painting the combat patrol. Mordian and Auspex have been instrumental in teaching me the faction. Mordians 500 and 1k points guides are amazing
