Join along for this trip to Austin Texas. Gracie was headed out there for her Live podcast event and I decided to come along with for the weekend and flew standby. Austin Texas has one of the most incredible fitness communities I’ve ever experienced. During this trip I get to hang with a bunch of my friends who live out there and I get to finally visit the BPN HQ. I also attempt a sub 5 minute mile for the first time in years and shock myself with my time. Overall it was an amazing trip to Austin and I’m looking forward to the next one.
