Right. They have mastered the material - insane practice and talent and can just nail it. This might be take one after hours of rehearsal or take 25. They just have the stamina to work it until it works. Or if they didn't and this went over in 1 or 2 takes, then it was the years of prep before. Either way, on the first or 25th take, the joy radiates.

I just came across this video. Absolutely loved. Many, many years back when my daughter was about 2 I would hold here and dance in my living room to the Brroks and Dunn version. Ronnie Dunn has one of the most iconic voices of country music. Not many can pull off this song and live up to the Brooks and Dunn version, but you all were able to pull it off. This is from a Gen X'er who came of age during the explosion of Brooks and Dunn onto the music scene. Well done. Edited to add that i was waiting tables way back in the early 90's and I had the privilege of serving Brooks and Dunn. I had a second job where i worked for a University food service and I helped cater a BBQ that the university put on for the DUO. They played at the University, but I was too poor to buy tickets 😂😂. I did have my picture taken with Brooks and Dunn, but somewhere in my multiple moves, I have lost that picture. There wasn't any sort of digital pictures back then and i didn't have the negatives, so, it is just lost. Brooks and Dunn were very gracious and hadn't hit the really big time yet. I want to say their big hit Boot Scootin Boogie came out soon after than event, but i already knew who they were before that song came out. Their song Hubands and Wives is one I think you could do a great cover for.

I fully expected Austin to do the high note in the chorus, but to hear one of the lowest voices in music hit that high note shocked the stuffing out of me. Very well done. As a Bass Baritone myself, I can tell you that Tim had a ton of fun singing this one. There's something very refreshing about crawling out of the basement and putting some horse power behind a good solid note in head voice once in awhile. Great tune!
