“Borrowed” an EVO II 6K from an AWESOME friend of my son’s for SEVERAL MONTHS..a very gracious guy…(Thanks again Jake!”). It’s a fantastic system and I’d had ZERO experience with anything “drone-ish”…so it was a HEAD-first dive-in for me..BUT WITHOUT having to buy/purchase one to get my feet wet. In the end, I opted for a DJI Air 2S. NO regrets.except for the “restrictions” DJI voluntarily placed on consumers, ie. GeoFencing, etc. Stupid call. Not that it affects me as I’m in a REALLY rural area. IF and/or WHEN I get another drone, it’ll have the THERMAL software/CAMERA component… great vid!

The jump from 4K to 6K was very impressive to my eyes. From 6K to 8K not very discernible if any. Pretty nicely saturated and punchy right off the bat. I guess the auto settings are pretty decent for those that don’t want to have a lot of tweaking to do and post. Very impressive drone that I might be looking at here in the near future. Really appreciate your no nonsense production and approach

Very cool ! One thing I love about my original Evo is how you can fly with just the controller screen and if you're in a hurry you don't even have to calibrate before take off . Cool seeing the different camera settings . Weird how the video froze on you at times . Waiting to see you run through the apps . Should be good stuff ! Hope all is well and stay safe ! Hey did I just get the first comment spot ? Maybe my first time . 😂 👍👍

amazing drone dji has its work to do to beat this... however i would like to see a video with the drone set up properly ,,, has it got cine mode etc on it,,, it reacts too quick to stick inputs... as for 8k its way too much to look back at on a pc or ,, maybe a tv would be ok,,, but which ever you use there is way too much moire ,, so please do a video on the drone set up to fly as smooth as possible.

Hi there! 4:25 ///. Is someone knows if it possible to check my drone's flight logs in the Cloud if another person broke gimbal on it but said he didn't flight at all ( he used his own phone then deleted all data from drone memory ) so that is my own problem?

Would you recommend the Evo 2 over the MAVIC 2 pro ?
@rcsaerialimaging7774 жыл бұрын
That depends on what you are using it for and what you expect to work as advertised. I own both the Mavic 2 Pro and the Evo 2 Pro and use them differently based on their capabilities. Either investment can bring both pleasure and pain, savings, and costs - what you get out of it is up to you. I use my Mavic 2 Pro for automated and predefined routes/scripts/hyperlapses. I mainly use it to chase clouds, rainstorms, and sunsets. The Evo II Pro I use for photo and video, the "automated" or "tracking" on the EVO II Pro, isn't something I can rely on atm and expect DJI level performance/results.
@vinceflores94224 жыл бұрын
So it performs like DJI ? I kind of lost you near the end there .
@rcsaerialimaging7774 жыл бұрын
Vince Flores - DJis software and feature sets are more refined and reliable. Also, what DJI claims it does, believe it for the most part. What Autel claims, keep an open mind and have patience, sometimes marketing people get ahead of the engineers.
@vinceflores94224 жыл бұрын
Well explained thank you so much you really helped me make up my mind

Just a little tid bit, Just as the Autel Evo 1 you only hold down the power button on the battery, there's no DJI GayBoi antics with the multiple presses to initialize the quadcopter. I could go on but you'll figure it out as you go lol goodluck and be safe!
