i have a 6k autel evo2 v1 i have 2 controllers .i updated the firmware and works perfectly but issue is the 2nd controller doesnt do anything apart from see threw the camera so connects. what i need is either to update the firmware on the 2nd controller or to roll back the firmware on the main controller and drone so both work as it did .how do i do this?

I tried to update my autel Drone, on the remote it says unpacking, but it failed to update. Now, the SD card is not recognized and the camera is not working. I really appreciate if you can help me to solve this problem.

Hello everybody, I played the new software 1.3.3.17 on my Evo drone and I ran out of battery and the update was interrupted. Battery was 30% charged but unfortunately this mishap happened. Although the drone can be switched on but is incapable of maneuvering. What can I do. Thank you

Hi, went to your autel us robotics to download file for Autel evo 2 V3 with rc controller, but after download is not file, Can you guys send me the download for Autel evo 2 V3 with rc controller update firmware V2.7.25 also link firmware update for batteries? Like to do it manually on SD card. When try to open drone is not detecting that need. New firmware. Please help asap today. Thanks 🙏

Nope. does not work.... for two long years, my evo 2 pro has refused to install any updates. Not matter what I try.

I had a Autel Evo ordered until I seen this video. I don't have a computer because I never seen a need for one. My smart phone was enough. I cancelled the order.😞

Hey Ricky, we hope you didnt cancel because you believe this is the only way to update firmware. We recommend using your smartphone and doing updates over the air. But for those that cannot due to service or a device issue we offer this manual installation method as well. Hope that clears up any confusion!
