Easy and delicious Mexican chamoy sauce. Chamoy is a bittersweet sauce used in Mexico to drizzle over fruit or veggies. Chamoy salsa is used to make mangonadas, paletas heladas or even on Micheladas! Enjoy this homemade authentic Mexican chamoy recipe.

1 cup od dehydrated apricot
1 cup of hibiscus flowers
1 orange
1/2 cup tajin or chili powder
2 lemons
1/4 Cup stevia or sugar
1 pinch of salt
