Where you locate? How much you charge for installation

When removing ball joints just hit it on the flat spot they are shock loaded and will separate them selves

How did this go long term, ant noise from it? did you need to add manual hubs for 2wd on the road?

Had it for 6ish months now and it's fantastic. If you get the clearances spot on there kinda smooth offroad when they unlock. I don't have a manual hub conversion but I am thinking about it for bush proofing the front and fuel economy, but it's weaker then the OEM set up so it's swings and round abouts. Cost me around $600 and did all the seals and clearneces when I was in there (got it on a 20% off sale)

Nice work with the diff, what are the torque specs?

For the support on the diff that requires the star hex socket, do you have to take that off or could you have just split the diff with it still on.

Unfortunately needs to be split. Quicker in the long run. Finding the hex sockets can be a pain
