Great videos! Re: 2018 F150.Has anyone found a way in FORSCAN to allow operation of the tailgate camera (not 360!) while truck is in forward motion? Just like it dose from Rev. to Fwd. with MAX Tow package and up to about 5MPH but then it shuts off! I want to monitor what I'm towing while in motion at higher speeds. And then, how to control that function from the dash? Thanks

So I did all of this prior to finding this video and it completely removed my display. I was able to set my settings back to OEM but trying to make this change didn't work. Any suggestions? Before going blank, a rectangle empty square showed up and I knew things were haywire, and I had a DTC that when I looked it up, it said something about losing connection to something that had to do with the navigation. I have a 2019 F-250.

Sometimes things go crazy when it flashes. I had it happen where all my instruments changed to metric, but nothing like that. I am not sure if the super duties have different module setups or not.

Enjoyed your video. Before you activate with Forscan you can load a saved waypoint while driving, you just can't type in a new waypoint. I learned this by accident on my 2017 F350. I may activate this with Forscan but I understand that I would lose my 911 Assist if I was in an accident.

I appreciate the tip on how to do this. BUT, you could have honestly made a 90 second video instead of almost 12 minutes. it's almost 8 minutes in until you get to the APIM screen to make a change...

Will this work with Apple/Android car play and navigation apps such as Waze?

If you are connected via Android auto I know it works. I cannot confirm carplay

and do you have the video in motion unlock option for vehicles that play movies. and what about read messages while in motion. cause it's upsetting your passengers can't read messages on your screen or use certain features while in motion.

Hey man thanks for the great video unfortunately this mod does not work on my f150. It is Canadian I’m in the US my first block is 4341, similar to how you said you’d started with 4. Any suggestions?

So I have 2020 lariat and the forscan I have is the (easy way) I think. Instead of numbers I disable / enable and I need to know where this option is ? Anyone know ?

I am not sure if there is an option for it. It would be in the APIM as that is what includes your radio and navigation

Hello there, i have a question. Do you have any idea how todo this in an europe version. i am from Belgium, have a ford Mondeo 2017 ( USA Fusion 2016) with sync 3.4 updated. I changed the code to 5753, but the language of the sync system was only in 4 languages possible ( English, French, Spanish, Mexican), so 5753 is the USA version.Can you help me. THX Erik

All of my paperwork seems to only be English. I am not sure how to figure this for the European versions. You could always jump on the forums and ask at Forscan.org

Have you tried this in your Fusion by chance? Just upgraded my '16 from Sync 2 MFT to Sync 3 and would love to do this, but I'm having a hard time finding anything for Fusions, only F150s.

I need bambi mode changed. Dumbest thing EVER! If I'm blinding you with my high beams, who cares if my fogs are on? Not me. Do the fog lights put off enough light to screw up the auto dimming headlights? Is that the whole reason for it?

Maybe what I'm asking or unclear on is if the bambi mode is changed, does the auto high beam, low beam still work? or does the fog lights "blind" it onto shutting off the high beams?

My auto high beams work just fine. No issues since bambi mode and I use them every night

I don't see what the big problem with this is to enable the video while driving. I think it's something elementary, it should come factory enabled. It is understood that nobody drives watching a video .. that is for the passengers. I am looking for the same information to enable video on my Sync 3

you didn't bother to list the YEAR of your F150. cause this probably doesn't work on all F150s
