Ugh my chair came defective and I didn't realize it until watching this video. See how the screws stick out for steps 5 and 6 when you drop them in the hole? The included instruction manual is kind of hard to follow for Step 5/6 as it seemed impossible before watching the video as you have to get the back left screw in at a very weird angle lifting the mechanism up and then it will go in. TY for the video. My initial delivery came with a manufacturing defect in the seat so the left arm could not screw in, I had to wait another 1.5 weeks for replacement parts to arrive after the initial 4.5 week delivery time (Due to Covid all chairs are in high demand and take a while to get there). So from order date til now it was about 6 weeks to get all the parts and have it ready to use fully assembled. The support seems to be very good as they answered me fairly quickly about the replacement parts and sent them to me at a good speed too. Now that it is fully built, I love it. It is much more comfortable than a standard "gaming racing chair" that all the big influencers try to tell you to buy. This supports your back and neck much better and has much more adjustability to the seat, back and neck area, it is a higher class chair than all of those racing chair brands like I said you see throughout the streaming and gaming industry. TY Autonomous for the great support and nice chair. I will update after months and years should anything change, but right now the chair is a big upgrade over my Clutch brand racing chair I had the past 3-4 years.

Hi, I've got problem for Step 1…… cannot insert the castors into the base, even with hammer……
@maya-pi9bg4 жыл бұрын
I had trouble with it too, but I used a wall/bed foot to help me press it in. I just flipped the base back up and then insert the caster into the hole, and press the base down while the caster is pressed against the side of the wall, and then it went in. Make sure the bigger part of the wheel is pressed against the wall though otherwise it doesn't align properly.

I'm not so lucky, the seat base and mechanism holes do NOT line up! There's no way I can get all 4 bolts in, barely can get 3 of them in. Now have five wheels that flew all over when I tried flipping the base (because the way given in the directions and this video does not work), inserting the wheels as best I could, and standing on them one at a time to generate enough pressure to get the damned things to snap in. Instead, the base flipped over on the first one and threw wheels everywhere. Going home and will try again tomorrow. If it doesn't work easily, I will be boxing it up and shipping both chairs back to you.

The video is helpful but could be more so. The small pictures showing which bolts and washers should be used are blocking view of some of the main parts of the video I wanted to see. The wheels definitely don’t go in as easily as it appears here. Parts of the video need to be slower like attaching the back. Lastly, the letters/numbers labeling the bolts and washers do not match exactly the printed manual or in the video based on labels in the packaging.
