Todays vlog i return to a woodland i visited only about three week ago to see if there was any Autumnal Woodland Photography opportunities at Perry Woods. The colours are beautiful .

Great video Lee! Wow, autumn is really slow to take hold there down south this year, still seems very green but loads of leaves on the ground. That first tree was just amazing, lovely shots of it! I'm a bit blown away by the pumpkin shots. Had a good laugh when I first saw it but wow, really came out fantastic 🎃 And of course I'm always a sucker for a nice pathway shot at the end. Great stuff mate! Really enjoyed it as always! Hope you arw well, have a great weekend!

Thanks mate , autumn has been a little late this year and seems to have skipped a few phases , green, green ,green gone ! But the autumn colour you do find is as lovely as ever . Thanks mate, certainly has become my favourite woodland I have found locally , ish still about forty min drive or so but I have a whole other side to explore . Looking forward to seeing this woodland in all seasons . Hope your feet are recovering!

Some great shots there Lee, as always. I really liked the wide ones about 4:13 - looking up made for interesting shots. 14:22 was great - and liked the pumpkin shot too! 😀 Onwards to winter now!

Thanks Robert , that first tree just stands out when you enter that part of the woodland and i really like it as for the pumpkin just had to grab an image , thought the orange really stood out against the background , but then i decided to process the image in a slightly different way to my normal edits . and felt it worked well for the subject thanks for watching mate , take care.

Was there Sunday.There was another pumpkin,next to a tree,in another part of the woods.Like Blean Woods at Canterbury,the mountain bikers,have built trails,in Perry,if you walk these,it potentially gets you deeper,into the woodland,might give a different perspective.

That opening pair of images were corkers, either would have made me happy methinks - glad you linked me on Flickr as I seemed to have missed this episode although I have the bell icon ticked? I was laughing at you layering down, I think I would have been cooking myself with those amounts on - that was mi9untain layering around here and I feel the cold, lol. I purchased the V2 Explore 30, cracking bag but overkill for my needs as I had purchased another bag (lowpro flipside trk) meanwhile and had forgoitten I signed up for the kickstarter - so I am selling it on, to a vlogger you might watch as it happens.. Lovely woodland scene at 8:52. You said in your opening sequence you might have missed the best of autumn but looking at this and some of your b-roll there still appears to have been plenty of green about as well as the autumnal golds. You said on FB or Flickr Perry Woods is not that big but I think it certainly looks big enough for return visits and compsoitions to find especially at different times of the year too. atb Al

Thanks Alan, glad that you liked some of the images, not sure what going on with the bell thing ! I really like the Shimoda bag as it has plenty of space for personal bits down side is its always going to be a heavy carry ! Hi Daniel, thanks very much really appreciate that, the weight loss thing I mean, lol sadly I'm finding timber , do need to loose about two stone, I'll start tomorrow, honest ! Glad you enjoyed the video and some of the images . It's always a battle trying to find music bit I came across Thematic , you can use the music as long as you put the supplied link in the youtube description, great site but you do still need to trawl through loads before you find a track your happy with.
