From the opening shot - i was hooked! The lighting throughout is gorgeous! The battle scene was amazing - unlike some short films - this one felt like the "stakes" were really there. The tension was real! Sound was great - loved the stereo effects on so many scenes (door closing, tractor beam...). This was full-on nostalgia - but not campy in any way. And big thanks to both not saying the name of the no-win scenario out loud - and the Marion Zimmer Bradley reference near the end - perfect!

Without a doubt some of your best work and, for me being brought up in the 1960s with the original Star Trek, my personal favourite piece you have produced to date. The story was solid and compelling, with the right amount of tension, excitement, and character development. The directing was immaculate, as was the editing and pacing. The acting was also top notch as. of course, were the visual effects. All combined, it was easy to forget I was watching a fan film as this would easily sit within the canon of the original series of trek as a spin off 1960 Star Trek series, had it be made at that time. Thank you and your team for producing this, and for the time, love, and care you have put into this project. A most worthy addition to the Star trek Universe. 😍

Truly great and professional production. A tip to the hat to all involved. I love the cinematography, apart from the few 180° rule violations ;) The look of the live action scenes, the lighting etc. top notch and very fitting. The CGI too looks great and merges beautifully with the rest. There's very little to critique really. The acting was a bit uneven, the number one was a bit over the top in places, especially with her facial expressions, but nothing too distracting. The story itself worked great, told in a very streamlined way. Maybe a bit too much epilogue after the central conflict is resolved, but then again I'm not well versed in your universe of characters and their backstories, so others might appreciate the scenes at the end more than me. Again, overall very impressive work from all involved and a fan film well worth the watch! :)

The treaty was concluded between the United Federation of Planets and the Romulan Star Empire. This event belongs to the Lost Era, which lies between 2293 and 2364. The Battle of Narendra III is also part of the Lost Era and involved the Enterprise C an Ambassador class starship. The Enterprise C was launched in 2332 at the McKinley shipyard in Earth orbit.
