The Firelord was in the movie but he had short hair so it was very easy to miss 🤣 There isn't a whole lot of Earth Bending in season 1 though (a bit here and there), and Toph was only in book 2 onwards.

The first season is just water. We won’t see Toph until season two. We do see Omashu with King Bumi. But here’s the list of episode titles: The Last Airbender Warriors Omashu Spirited Away Into the Dark Masks The North Legends I think Aang goes to Roku’s island in Spirited Away. And gets captured by Commander Zhao and freed by Zuko wearing the Blue Spirit mask in Masks. And obviously Aang goes to the Northern Water Tribe in The North. Also each episode is an hour long. So yay!

Davontae how could you say the 2010 movie is good??? 😱The casting, the effects, the production is all horrible, specially poor Appa was done so wrong...There's a reason many of us refuse to accept that monstrosity exists...."There's no -war- movie in Ba Sing Se" 🙃

I've said this elsewhere, but as a fan since the original cartoon aired, the things I hated about the movie already seem to be better: everything about Appa, the choreography (the constant slow motion was SO stupid and how it took a thousand moves to accomplish one thing), the costume design, and the casting. Now we just have to hope they'll capture the heart of the show, get the pronunciations correct, and the way "Ong" was always so serious and "sohka" was NOT funny at all. "Eeroh" didnt look or act like his cartoon counterpart.. and the ACTING. If they can fix all this, I'll be happy :) oh, and the waterbending looked ridiculous. So that too.
