Cosmic is an experience to behold. I was in tears listening to it the first time. I saw it live for the first time just a few days ago and it's absolutely surreal. I adore this band. Brooks Wackerman is an absolute perfect fit for them. He's a beast on the kit.

I've been listening to Avenged for a couple of decades now and my love for them keeps growing more and more.... The latest album's reception was mixed but for me I loved it. COSMIC was the stand out song for me personally and it always makes me feel so emotional (in a life where i feel very little, ever). You two Dashy and Dad are a real treat, the energy and chemistry between you is so pure and refreshing, Dashy with the most innocent and pretty smile and Dad with his wise overseeing of all going on. I was emotional (tears for some unknown reason) watching you two, I don't often comment on videos but I wanted to thank you for making me feel something in these dark times. Hey guys, I just wanted to recommend the equivalent of this song in their 2nd last album, the song is called higher. It's honestly simply beautiful, in the way that this one is beautiful, it's not very aggressive, but still rocks out, but the atmosphere is just like... floating through space just after dying but in a beautiful relaxed way, proggy too. I think you'd like it. If the guitar solos from syn is what you're after then absolutely no doubt the song "angels" from their 2nd last album also is amazing for this. If you want a song dedicated to their former drummer who passed away, which is a very long song, more like an experience, then "save me" is great.
