Please please please be nice to yourself!! The original plan was super ambitious (even if you don’t think it was lol), and it’s totally okay to adjust as you go. I promise none of us are mad at you or disappointed ❤ Maybe you could give yourself to the end of March? Like a Q1 challenge haha. I also like your idea of keeping it as an ongoing project for healing. Just depends on whether you want to give yourself a deadline. Keep at it, what you’ve already accomplished it huge and definitely something to be proud of. We’ve all got your back

Thank youuuu 🥹 I knew that’s what you guys would say, yall are great hahah ❤️ It’s true though, overall I still feel good and am still going to keep the effort ongoing! It may be imperceptibly small but it’s definitely progress. 😊

I thought the initial list you put out for January was overwhelming. Healing after surgery is important.

I love you seriously! You feel like an older sister to me after watching most of your videos! I’m proud that you are doing things that you enjoy but bring discomfort, truly inspiring! Know you are impacting peoples lives with these videos and such!

Hey, Maxine! I hear you about the pressure of timelines and external expectations. They don’t always sit well with what we “want” to do. Still, you’re being true to yourself and doing what you feel capable of doing at any given time. It’s good that you remind yourself that you are the one in control of things, right. Well, thanks for sharing your challenges with those of us not in the discord, and congrats on completing them! I could feel the relief and happiness in the “walk through town” video after your work meeting. Nice reward, huh! :). It’s helpful to know that others go through similar experiences of nervousness, exposure, and then relief/happiness afterwards that I go through. This video shows all of that. Thank you! Well, until next time!

Thanks for sharing your experience. I think you're brave and show a lot of courage taking on those challenges. I am a father of five and have a hard time getting energy to go visit them now as they've grown out of the house. My challenge is my work (busdriver) and am not up to any challenges myself. I just want to stay at home. I'm not there mentally trying to get better or so. I'm on a waiting list to get treatment but I don't see that's going to help. Do you get any therapeutic help or so? I guess that it's good to be prepared and have a strategy going outside and being around people. Your videos are fine. I think watching the video as it happens in your life is the best video. Take care.

It's always a very fine line between pushing yourself and pushing yourself too far, and then you have to be okay with whatever you decide you know whether or not you do the activity or whether or not you don't. I guess I would say in this instance in the impression that I'm getting from your videos is that you're putting way too much pressure on yourself. Yes, you need to get out of your normal routine but you know do it in a loving and kind way too. You know don't force it. I do the exact same stuff so I know all about it
