I apologise for the sound quality on this video. It was filmed from my phone just after completing a mindfulness Buddhist retreat in Bali at the Zen Resort. I taught a Tantra workshop at this retreat and wanted to cover some of the topics discussed for those interested. I've uploaded some more video with good sound and have added to my website with an overview of my understandings of Tantra. Blessings Guy
