AWESOME Alligator Hunt {HUNT CLEAN COOK} Louisiana Cooking

Here's an awesome late season alligator hunt in Louisiana on Outside The Levees. We set out alligator lines and went alligator hunting. We also found a cool surprise species on one of the lines. The last gator we caught I made smoked alligator sauce piquant with crawfish from a boil we had prior and brother let me tell you,,,,wooohooo was it good. Thanks for the shrimp stock tip, it will become a part of my seafood cookery.
