Love this! I am studying for older clients and work on balance into my own workouts trying to make it the most effective and fun way to integrate them into the mix. The lung balance is one I have found so effective and integrating different movement workouts into it . Balance for warm up and in between exercises like in bisets trisets or circuit style . You have great videos keep producing has helped so much!

This is SUCH an awesome and helpful video! I have a 75 year old client who is a beast in pickleball, but struggles with strength AND balance, and I'm definitely going to incorporate all these tips in her training sessions - with proper modifications, of course!
