yep, s&s is very consistent compared to tether...tether requires a large group of ads, s&s can proc galanor on a large group or a single beefy target (boss, mini, champ) due to it's dmg ticks and it's able to get final blows unlike tether

I find that even the arc super is more consistent than Tether. Tether only procs Galanor with the first enemies it touches and not with each enemy until it ends

Gyrfalcon "volatile rounds" has a couple seconds extra duration than the debuff "too stylish". This means you can self proc stylish again as long as your volatile gets a kill in that time. Also gunpowder gamble is free invis with strand melee always giving 1 full gamble, and then the gamble makes you invis. You can loop, for no stats needed on your build Stylish invis Volatile rounds Gunpowder gamble And use the strand melee every time it's back. These abilities have scary good synergy, and absolutely juice choir of one making it even more insane.

I like this build a lot. I’ve been using one very similar except I like Ascension instead of GPG. I just love being able to basically self proc invis and galvanic armor while being amplified literally all the time. I’ve used it as a panic button many times 😅

@Tann_Solo yeah ascension is fun, especially with galvanic armor and shock and awe, but there are 3 main reasons I decided against it 1. GPG is available more often than ascension, so I have more invis than if I used ascension, and can use gpg as a panic invis button at a safer range than ascension 2. Ascension doesn't count as a "class ability" so you lose all synergy with mods etc that say use your class ability. 3. Strand melee already is doing sever, giving 40% damage debuff to the opponent, which is the same as 40% damage resist, so I'm not missing galvanic armor Ascension is absolutely fun and I enjoy it, but you have less invis when you sacrifice gpg, and less invis means less volatile

With the aspect that gives you class ability regen, you can use ascension about every 10 seconds, which seems like more than enough. And Bungie also hinted at fixing Ascension so it will have synergy with mods that interact with class ability. To each their own, though! Blowing stuff up is fun, after all 😆

Pairs extremely well with the prismatic doom fang titan build. 4x weapon damage almost forever in anything below gms, and when you get good with it you can keep it up there always too plus constant super. Just need to switch to the call to get your transcendence meter up every so often

Stylish Executioner with Ascension/Gunpowder Gamble, Smoke Bomb and Duskfield, Foetracer/Gyrfalcon relativism, stacking dmg bonuses and debuff makes Choir go brr (radiant, x4 surge and weaken on smoke bomb - 80% more dmg), chill clip heavy (Suspectum/Fire and Forget) stuns all champions while radiant, with kinetic weapon being both utility, and a source of consistent damage from shoot to loot/kinetic tremors (Battle Scar/Breakneck/Vanguard Hung Jury). Hear me out: Spirit of Gyrfalcon + Spirit of Foetracer, buffs Choir of One by +134% 1) Kill ads 2) Proc Targeting Autoloader (+20% damage) 3) Go invis 4) Throw smoke bomb on boss/champ 5) Weaken them (+15% damage, or +25% with Expanding Abyss) 6) Proc radiant (+25% damage with Facet of Dawn) 7) Proc 4x weapon surge (+25% damage with Spirit of Foetracer) 8) Proc volatile explosions (from volatile rounds with Spirit of Gyrfalcon) 9) Instanuke them with over +134% increased damage to your choir blasts This will also allow you to avoid using weapon surge mods and give you the freedom to perform as many special finishers as you like!

My void assassin build with choir has absolutely insane add clear and easily beats grav. If you build around it you get crazy dps and add clear, it takes one body shot on most red bars and I have practically constant volatile rounds as well as instant ammo regeneration.

The simplest best build for choir for hunters is foetraccers, then if you have a class item with it then foetracers plus whatever.....personally i think Cytarachnes is best for 2nd. Infinite 25% damzge boost plus constant wolven mail add stymish fir invisible znd GG for booms and another way to proc wolven mail......its crazy good. For titans doom fangs for constant weapon boost and crazy super gain. For warlocks any void build will synergize with it.... any exotic that helps your grenades like spirit of osimancy or vefity with facet of bravery to get volatile rounds will go well with choir.

I made a void titan build with the new doomfang and its pretty good. Just focusing all on Choir of One with volatile rounds and the free void surges. Not to mention the free health regen from volatile, did my first grandmaster excision with it and only died once, really fun gun

I'm using Faith-Keeper with holster/explosive light. Takes less time to unload compared to Edge Transit. Other than that, it's a really strong build. Highly recommend.

give a full void lock build a try, with Choir and Chromatic Fire exotic. You get weaken effects on precision kills from CR, wich plays into the void perks from the seasonal artefact; if you also rock a strand kinetic slot wich has "slice" on it, here's your rotation: rift, strand weapon hit on the main target to dropp the debuff on it, ads headshot on a red bar with the Choir into full hip fire mag dump into a champ/miniboss/boss. Just make sure to have the artefact perks that buff reload speed from pop shields and full firing autorifles.

Chromatic fire only works with kinetic weapons. And even then its perk is garbage tbh. If you’re using choir of one and a strand weapon in kinetic slot, you have literally no way to make use of your chromatic fire

I've been using prismatic hunter with spirit of the caliban and spirit of gryfalycons with shurikens and duskfield with the fragment that makes you invisible on melee kill with threaded spectre. Pretty wild it's been a fun build

Man no one could give this man a Build suggestion? My go to is spirit inmost light/synto. Theder, grapple, spike , with decoy and stylish. Equip immenence, chor , and edge. Your melees are one shoting in high end stuff, you have high ability uptime, volatile and unraveling rounds with the fragment and good survivability with the decoy and stylish. A hybrid strand/void build thats good for all content

You can use the lucky pants boost plus a quick hip fire of shots from choir before pulling out edge for just a ton of damage in a relatively short period of time

Whoever in your chat said Galanor + Tether is a good combo clearly has not play tested. Galanor only gives you super back based on damage dealt whilst your super is active. It is NOT Orpheus. So if your Tether arrow hits something, you get some energy back. If you shoot the floor, no super energy is gained back. Spirit of Galanor works best on the Strand and Arc supers in my experience.

Super - Thether Exotic class roll - Spirit of HOIL & Spirit of Gyrfalcon. (Have expanding abyss) Loop: apply Sever to chunky targets with either precision hits or melee. Once applied, follow it with Magnetic Grenade for weakening. Blast away with Chior of One. Go invisible and come back with volatile rounds. Repeat. Notes: You can use the withering blade, but I prefer Sever because it lasts longer than Slow.

My god roll for this build is gyrfalcon and ASSASSIN, every kill with meele i got invisibility, after rhar my weapon got volatile rounds😂😂😂

I have been testin a build with my warlock since they are broken, its a shame I really try to have it work with my hunter my it can but only in the void sub class, for prismatics its kind of force. How can I submit a build?
