Duncan from 05-16 which is 11 years of his professional career had numbers that of a role player just horrible averages for someone that is considered a "superstar". We criticize kobe for not winning nba finals mvp cuz of shaq but parker and kawhi easily outplayed him in finals to beat him out for nba finals mvp. He had a great run for about first 7 years of his career and everything went downhill after 2005 as a player.

Tim Duncan for a big man was solid fundamentally. Only 1 of a few big men who would shoot a bank shot, and consistently hit with it. You knew on the left side when he spun and shot it was 99% of the time going to be a bank shot, and that it was going in. And yes, Budha (Jackson) knew how to handle players and get the best out of them. For MJ he provided a perfect supporting cast and offense (triangle & motion offense). He kept a loose reign on the thoroughbreds of MJ and Pippen. He knew when to pull, and when to give full freedom.

Hakeem "The Dream" Olajuwon is definitely one of the best. It would've been something to see... Championship series between the Bulls and the Rockets when they're on top in the 90s.
