Dear Chef Bhupi, Your recipes are one of the most detailed and well explained recipes on all of KZbin and I can safely say any other TV show with big productions. Those looking to get the real 'Thele wala style' will not find such detail anywhere else [other than actually visiting a thela ;) ]. Now we can make these street style chow-mien at home with the safety and assurance of cooking at home with quality ingredients. Especially now when it is not that safe to go out and eat these things... I really appreciate that you say not to use msg and food colouring and other such additives, even though they may bring so called 'authentic' taste, but it is not worth is because health is compromised. Thank you so much for sharing this amazing recipe and I look forward to more such recipes!! Jai Hind and Stay Safe!!!

Thank You Sir for giving the appropriate substitute of ajinamoto I always skip that particular ingredient. Sir whatever dish I've tried as per instruction got full success like oil free chhole,samosa, vegetable Chop,etc. Now I've a request can you suggest me a non veg channel who is as honest like you.
