I have sought all kinds of professional services and treatments: rheumatologists, chiropodist, family doctor, physical therapist, chiropractor, massage therapist, acupuncturist, wearing orthotics, taking anti-inflammatory medication, taking steroid injection, wearing brace, etc. These professionals did teach me the same exercise but missed a key point (or I just missed) which is to hold for 30 sec. After watching your video, I have tried for two days and can see the improvement. I feel I wasted all effort, time, and money for no good reasons. Thanks again!
