Dear friend, The recipe is very good and I used to prepare it. It is very delicious and tasty, easy to prepare. But my doubt is that your cooking timevof 3- 4 minutes are not sufficient for beet root. The carrot might be ready within that time but beet root needs minimum 15 minutes to get cooked. Anyway thank you for the straight forward and innocent presentation.
