炒河粉
材料：
河粉1斤
雞蛋1隻
芽菜1碗
芫荽適量
程序：
1. 芝麻，白鑊，慢火，烘至有香味，放碗內。
2. 雞蛋，白鑊，慢火，打勻，倒入鑊內，煎成蛋皮，切條，放碗內。
3. 大火在鑊內燒熱油1茶匙。
4. 放河粉，分開一條條，加入少許油，炒1分鐘。
5. 轉慢火。
6. 加入：
a. 蠔油1湯匙，炒勻。
b. 老抽半湯匙，炒勻。
c. 芽菜，炒勻，加入少量油，炒勻。
d. 胡椒粉適量
e. 糖半茶匙，炒勻。
7. 從鑊邊加入生抽1湯匙，炒勻。
8. 完成，上碟，可享用。

Egg 1 No.
Bean sprouts 1 bowl
Coriander appropriate amount
Steps:
1. Sesame, plain wok, low flame. Stir it until you feel the good smell. Put in a bowl.
2. Egg, plain wok, low flame. Beat well. Pour the syrup into wok Fry it into omelet style. Shred it. Put in a bowl.
3. Heat up 1 tsp of oil at high flame in wok.
4. Put the flat noodles. Separate it slice by slice. Add in little oil. Fry for a minute.
5. Turn to low flame.
6. Add in:
a. Oyster sauce 1 tbsp, fry well.
b. Dark soya sauce 0.5 tbsp, fry well.
c. Bean sprouts, fry well. Add in little oil, fry well.
d. Pepper appropriate amount
e. Sugar 0.5tsp, fry well.
7. Pour 1 tbsp of light soya sauce alongside the wok. Fry well.
8. Complete. Put on plate. Serve.
