Hi! I got a question if you don't mind. According to your experience, which neck muscles are usually associated with dizziness/drunk-sensation when chronically tight. This is also accompanied by pulsatile tinnitus that increases and decreases. Of course, after discarding any other vestibular/brain issues. Thanks!

Hey! Yes, after ruling out the mentioned issues. If we are talking about just muscles. Typically muscles that attach to the head to another region. This could be the subocciptals. A common source of dizziness is loss of range between C1/C2. The sternocleidomastoid is another option as this orients the head on the ribcage. A drunk sensation I'd associate more with a head injury than muscles as a source.
