This baby seal was entangled so badly he would not have survived for another week. Despite being injured, the seal still had a lot of energy, and he will recover in no time. We hope those participating in the fishing industry see our videos and realise what their old fishing gear does to marine life. Please change your ways and stop littering! 🦭

I've been vegetarian since 1972, and this summer easily changed to true veganism. I don't participate in social media, or I'd influence people on social media. Oh guys, that was so distressing to see that dreadful wound on that poor little seal's neck, and it must have been equally distressing for you too, you do see some very traumatic sights sometimes when you're carrying out your rescues. However, you managed to get that horrible ball of line off him thank goodness, he seems quite strong as he headed off back to the sea. The poor thing must have suffered terribly but he's got a chance now and I really hope he makes it. Well done, guys, another great rescue. 👍👍

Wow, that was a very bad infection! It's gonna hurt when the salt water hits it but hopefully not as much as it hurt being cut by the entanglement. And the salt water will be helping while it hurts! Don't ever worry that we will get tired of watching you chase the seals, net the seal, remove the danger, and release the seal. I watch your videos every day; some of them more than once! Love your efforts to make this a better planet for all!
