Ooo, babies!!! As a heartpatient myself, I'm actually kinda fascinated by the idea of seeing a snake's heart. It's always unfortunate to see the ones that don't make it, but that's simply part of the circle of life. There are a billion tiny things that can go wrong in creating a living creature, and sometimes something will go wrong in a way that prevents the creature's survival. You do your best to make sure each one that does make it gets a good life, and that the ones that won't make it don't suffer. That's kind of all you can do.
