Your custom barbell is so cool, like an engraved staff or sword from when people put all kinds of stuff on their weapons. After watching your collab with Mitchell Hooper I decided to try calisthenics. I'm currently trying to learn how to do a handstand but I can only do a kickup to a wall. They are a lot harder than you make them look! Also, I want those sweatpants, they look so comfortable.

You have grown significantly in the last two months. This is amazing and you must be feeling good. I wish you all the best in your training. Please keep makng videos like this one... there are so many little details that make more sense when you see the actual exercise.

I'm 125 at 5 feet tall... to do our body weight is pretty impressive...I shoot for bodyweight weight on the larger muscle groups, KG would mess with my brain too much too. LOL looking great! Happy and Healthy New Year.

I feel you on the machines not being built for us Hobbits - at 4'10" I have to put plates under my feet for lat pulldowns for example. (Plus the step ups to grab/change the bar, LOL.)

Kudos to your hard work and devotion to your training. Which home workout exercises (besides pushups) would you highly recommend for guys such as myself who's trying to improve the chest area? I do some pushups even though am not fond of doing pushups but i recently started using my chair for leverage to do my pushups which makes doing pushup easier and less intolerable for me even though i have difficulties self-training properly.

As a person that works out at home, I now see that I need to hit the gym. I'm 5 foot 4 and weigh 117lbs on average, I need bigger weights for BIGGER GAINS. ohh yeaaah brother, great video btw

Great content. I was wondering, how come you don't do a 1-2 sec pause so you could feel the tension? On rear delts, you can have your friend tap your delts while performing the exercise. This will help engage your muscles better. All in all, great to see your workout.

Quick question, what’s the difference between dumbbells and plates when doing side raises?

No difference ! It’s just this gym the dumbbells for a “drop set” I forget to grab them and plates were closer !

100% go slower on the rear-delt and include pauses, helps the engagement so much

Hey, I'm recommending you to breath through nose as much as possible during trainings. The less oxygen we burn the stronger and durable we become. A secret.

I definitely try to focus on breathing in through the nose and out through my mouth. Depending on the lift I sometimes I don’t execute it exactly like that
