I like doing standing leg extensions with the cable stack and ankle attachment. Put the pulley at butt height and have something to hold on to in front of you. I’ll never go back to the seated leg extension machines.

Hey LittleT I am curious, I seen you had a Reign shaker cup that looked like it was made from metal. Is that an exclusive thing for ambassadors/sponsored people thing or can the public purchase that item? I do not seem to be able to find it for purchase online.

Keep meaning to ask, as I get confused, but in a handstand you say "push up into the shoulders", but as your upside down I get the "up" confused- are you trying to keep your shoulders away from the ears, or closer to them? Looks intense that workout, as your muscles must get so fatigued! Great job T! 💜💫

I personally felt like the zooming wasn’t the problem, it was just super fast paced and you were speaking super quickly. Which could be good for digestion for some viewers and too quick for others where they feel overwhelmed. Just a thought!!

Ok, can you explain if these videos are sped up, or are you really speaking naturally like a wind up doll? Well, lovely Taylor, if you're trying to rush to fit as much content as possible in a short amount of time, please don't, it's irritating and hard to follow. Well-intentioned comment.
@littletfitness10 ай бұрын
nothing is sped up but these are filmed during my workouts - so in terms of "speed" it comes from being out of breathe - my short rest periods- and a also being able to be efficient during my workout period. im sorry its annoying to you - but I do try my best & have added in subtitles to make sure you can read what I'm saying as well
